A Neurodivergent Counsellor
For Neurodivergent People
I’m a neurodivergent therapist, and psychology has always been my special interest—especially when it comes to how our minds and nervous systems work differently.
From a young age, I knew that the way I experienced the world wasn’t quite what others considered “typical,” and that realization led me to dive deep into understanding Autism and ADHD—not just as disorders, but as human differences. For my Master’s program, I dedicated my Capstone Project to researching how therapy can be adapted to truly support autistic minds.
That project became more than just an academic pursuit—it became a mission. I saw how often our neurodivergent needs go unmet in doctors' offices, how therapy can feel frustrating when the therapist just can't seem to understand how we think and process the world differently, and how exhausting it can be to translate ourselves in spaces that weren’t built for us. Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD minds deserve a therapeutic space where they feel seen, feel heard and are able to be their authentic selves.
In the wrong environment, our differences can feel overwhelming, disorganizing, and even painful. That’s why I created this space: so you don’t have to mask, explain, or conform to a neurotypical mold to get the support you deserve.
I use Somatic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, and some Internal Family Systems (IFS) to meet you where you are, in ways that feel natural, not forced. Healing happens when we feel truly seen and understood. Come see how this is different.
